Residence Chef

I bring the full experience of a high-end restaurant directly to your villa, house or apartment. I handle everything: menu planning, sourcing fresh quality ingredients, preparation, plating and clean-up. You simply enjoy.

Yacht Chef

Fine dining on the open sea. I design complete culinary experiences aboard yachts and catamarans in the waters of the Costa Rican Pacific and the Gulf of Nicoya. Sea cooking becomes art when the setting is the ocean.

Luxury Private Dinner

A high-end gastronomic evening designed for two or an intimate group. Each dinner is a complete work: tasting menu, wine pairing, impeccable mise en place and personalised table service. An experience no restaurant can replicate.
